What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the standard Initial Franchise Fee is $59,500. This fee is due when the Franchise Agreement is executed.

For honorably discharged veterans who meet Stretch Zone's qualifications, a discount of 10% is available on the initial franchise fee for their first franchise. This reduces the fee by $5,950, resulting in a discounted Initial Franchise Fee of $53,550.

The FDD specifies that this initial fee, along with other initial fees, is non-refundable under any circumstances and is generally uniform for all franchisees, except for the veteran discount. This means that a prospective Stretch Zone franchisee should be prepared to pay the full initial fee upon signing the agreement, with no possibility of a refund, unless they qualify for the veteran discount.
