Section 8.4 YOUR NAME, ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER
Under federal and state franchise laws, while you are a Franchisee, we must disclose your name, business address and business telephone number of each of your Franchised Units in ITEM 20 of the FDD. After you cease being a Franchisee, we must disclose your name, city and state and then current business telephone number (or if unknown, your last known home telephone number) for a certain time. You agree to this disclosure. You must notify us of any change in your name, address and telephone number within 10 days of the change. This obligation survives the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

L. § 680 et seq.), which describes the time period a Franchise Disclosure Document (offering prospectus) must be provided to a prospective franchisee before a sale may be made. New York law requires a franchisor to provide the Franchise Disclosure Document at the earliest of the first personal meeting or ten (10) business days before the execution of the franchise or other agreement or the payment of any consideration that relates to the franchise relationship. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must notify Stretch Zone of any changes to their name, address, and telephone number within 10 days of the change. This requirement is in place to ensure that Stretch Zone maintains accurate records for disclosure purposes, as mandated by federal and state franchise laws.
Specifically, Stretch Zone is obligated to disclose the franchisee's name, business address, and business telephone number of each franchised unit in Item 20 of the FDD while the individual is a franchisee. After the franchise agreement ends, Stretch Zone must disclose the franchisee's name, city, state, and current business telephone number (or last known home telephone number if the business number is unavailable) for a certain period.
This obligation to update Stretch Zone with any changes survives the expiration or termination of the Franchise Agreement. Therefore, even after a franchisee leaves the Stretch Zone system, they must continue to provide updated contact information to Stretch Zone for the specified disclosure period.
