Media Fund
For the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024 the Media Fund had an opening balance of $205,201, receipts of $2,004,417 and made the following expenditures of $2,082,013, leaving a closing balance of $127,605 that is carried over to fiscal year 2025:

We have the sole right to enforce your obligations and all other Franchisees that make Advertising and Marketing Contributions. Neither you, nor any other Franchisee obligated to make Advertising and Marketing Contributions, is a third party beneficiary of the funds nor has any right to enforce any obligation to contribute the funds. We assume no other direct or indirect liability or obligation to you for the maintenance, direction or administration of the Media Fund, except as expressly provided in ARTICLE 7 of the Franchise Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must use specific software as part of their computer system. This includes Club Ready for managing various aspects of the business, QuickBooks Online for accounting, and an Internet Service Provider software for connectivity. Franchisees also need a business e-mail account for communication.
Additional required software includes Career Plug for recruitment, ADP for payroll processing, KnetK, Stretch Net, Factor 4, Predictive Index, Canva for design purposes, Perkville for loyalty programs, Microsoft Office 365 for general office tasks, and Stretch Zone University, which is Stretch Zone's learning management software.
The cost for the complete computer system, including all required software and hardware, ranges from $1,850 to $2,699. Franchisees are responsible for keeping the software updated, and while Club Ready offers some software support as part of its license fee, additional support may incur extra charges. The annual cost for any maintenance, upgrades, or support contracts for the computer system is estimated to be $200.
