What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Stretch Zone Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are permitted to use the company's intellectual property only for the operation of their franchise business at the designated premises. This means that all sales and services must be conducted at the physical location of the Stretch Zone franchise.

This restriction ensures that the Stretch Zone brand and its associated intellectual property are used in a controlled and consistent manner. By limiting the use of intellectual property to the franchise premises, Stretch Zone aims to maintain quality control and prevent misuse of its brand assets. This also helps to create a uniform customer experience across all franchise locations.

For a prospective Stretch Zone franchisee, this means they must conduct all business operations, including sales and service delivery, within the physical location of their franchise. They cannot use the Stretch Zone intellectual property to conduct business elsewhere, such as at temporary events or pop-up locations, without violating the franchise agreement. This limitation is a standard practice in franchising to protect the brand and maintain consistency.
