What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Stretch Zone Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee proposes a new supplier for items not proprietary to Stretch Zone, the franchisee must request approval from Stretch Zone. As a condition of approval, Stretch Zone has the right to have its representatives inspect the supplier's facilities.

Stretch Zone may also require the supplier to provide samples for testing at an independent, certified laboratory. The franchisee is responsible for covering the costs of the inspection and testing, up to $1,500. Stretch Zone is not liable for any damage to the sample during testing.

Stretch Zone also reserves the right to re-inspect the facilities and products of any approved supplier and continue to sample the products at the supplier's expense. Additionally, Stretch Zone can revoke approval if the supplier fails to continue meeting their standards. This ensures Stretch Zone maintains control over the quality and standards of products and services used by its franchisees, even when sourced from third-party suppliers.
