What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Sales Associate Training Program is mandatory for each employee who will be a Sales Associate at the Franchise Business, as well as the Regional Manager. This training is conducted virtually through Stretch Zone University.
For a new Stretch Zone franchise, the Grand Opening Fee covers the Sales Associate Training Program for up to five initial Sales Associates. After the initial five, the franchisee must pay a training fee of $206 per person for any additional sales associates requiring the training.
This requirement ensures that all sales staff and the Regional Manager are properly trained in Stretch Zone's sales techniques and procedures, maintaining brand consistency and service quality. The virtual format allows for flexibility in training schedules, but franchisees should budget for the training fees for sales associates beyond the initial five covered by the Grand Opening Fee.
