Who is required to attend the Stretch Zone Franchisee Training Program?

Franchisee Training Program. We will provide our Franchisee Training Program to you (if you are one or more individuals) or Franchise Owners (if you are a business entity), prior to opening. (Section 2.10(a) of the Franchise Agreement.) We describe the details of the Franchisee Training Program under the heading TRAINING PROGRAM below.
Regional Manager Training Program. We will provide our Regional Manager Training Program to your Regional Manager, prior to opening. (Section 2.10(a) of the Franchise Agreement.) We anticipate that you or your Designated Representative will serve as your Regional Manager, but you may also hire another individual to serve as your Regional Manager. We describe the details of the Regional Manager Training Program under the heading TRAINING PROGRAM below.
Access to Operations Manual. We will give you electronic access to the Operations Manual and any supplemental manuals. Our practice is to give you access to the Operations Manual during the Franchisee Training Program. (Section 2.11 of the Franchise Agreement.)

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchisee Training Program is provided to the franchisee if the franchisee is one or more individuals, or to the Franchise Owners if the franchisee is a business entity, prior to opening a Stretch Zone franchise.
In addition to the Franchisee Training Program, Stretch Zone also provides a Regional Manager Training Program to the franchisee's Regional Manager prior to opening. The FDD indicates that the franchisee or their designated representative will likely serve as the Regional Manager, but the franchisee has the option to hire another individual for this role.
Access to the Stretch Zone Operations Manual is granted electronically to the franchisee during the Franchisee Training Program. This manual contains important information and guidelines for operating the franchise. These training programs are designed to equip franchisees and their managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully launch and manage a Stretch Zone business.
