At our option, you must acquire the equipment, technology, and other products and services that we periodically specify (and pay all associated fees) in order to participate in the learning management platform or other training system that we periodically designate. Your personnel whom we

L. § 680 et seq.), which describes the time period a Franchise Disclosure Document (offering prospectus) must be provided to a prospective franchisee before a sale may be made. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Stretch Zone has the option to require franchisees to acquire specific equipment, technology, and other products and services to participate in their learning management platform or other training system. The franchisee is also responsible for paying all associated fees. This requirement is at Stretch Zone's discretion and can be implemented periodically.
This means that as a Stretch Zone franchisee, you may need to budget for and purchase specific items to access and utilize Stretch Zone's training resources. These costs would be in addition to the standard franchise fees and operating expenses. The specific types of equipment, technology, or services are not detailed in this section, so franchisees should inquire about potential costs and requirements.
It is also noted that personnel whom Stretch Zone specifies must attend any conventions or other programs that Stretch Zone periodically specifies for some or all Stretch Zone businesses. Stretch Zone may also provide ongoing training to franchisees and their personnel using video conferencing, online meetings, or other forms of virtual communications.
