What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Regional Manager Training Program (which includes the Stretch Practitioner Training Program) is provided to the franchisee's Regional Manager prior to opening. The franchisee or their Designated Representative may serve as the Regional Manager, or the franchisee can choose to hire someone else for the role.
The franchisee is responsible for covering the costs associated with the training, including transportation, lodging, compensation, and meals for the trainees. These costs can vary significantly depending on factors such as distance traveled, choice of accommodations and restaurants, and transportation options.
Stretch Zone does not assume responsibility for any human resource-related liabilities or costs during the training period. This means the franchisee is responsible for all HR-related issues for their personnel during training.
