What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Stretch Zone has developed specifications for a number of goods and services. These specifications are available upon request and include minimum standards of quality, construction, economies of scale, name recognition, appearance, and function. Stretch Zone may change these specifications based on experience, changes in the marketplace, or changes in the law, and will communicate any changes to franchisees through updates to the Operations Manual.

The categories for purchases or leases under specification include site selection criteria. Stretch Zone will supply site selection criteria, and franchisees must submit material information regarding proposed sites. Franchisees must also submit local advertising materials for approval unless the materials have been previously approved or are provided by Stretch Zone.

If a franchisee proposes to purchase or lease items from an unapproved supplier, they must submit a written request for approval. Stretch Zone has the right to inspect the supplier's facilities and require samples for testing, with the franchisee bearing the costs of inspection and testing, estimated to range from $250 to $1,500. Stretch Zone also requires franchisees to purchase specific items from designated suppliers, such as indoor signs and graphics from Store Décor and stretching tables and accessories from Stretch Equipment, LLC.
