What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of the grand opening plan, Stretch Zone provides promotional support for approximately three weeks before and three weeks after the opening of the franchise. This support includes social media scheduling and posting, email scheduling and sending, photography, press release writing and promotion, and print assets. Additionally, Stretch Zone provides grand opening assets like a ribbon and scissors, along with tools such as a tripod and Bluetooth microphone to help capture content.
This promotional support is designed to help franchisees introduce their Stretch Zone business to the local community. Franchisees are required to follow the grand opening plan outlined in the Operations Manual. It is important to note that franchisees are also responsible for a Grand Opening Fee of $14,950, as detailed in Item 6 of the FDD, which covers some of these services.
While Stretch Zone provides these specific promotional materials and support tools, franchisees should be aware of their obligations for local advertising. Franchisees must spend a minimum of $2,000 per month on local advertising within their designated market area (DMA). All advertising materials, unless previously approved or provided by Stretch Zone, must be submitted for approval, and franchisees must use social media management software from a designated supplier. This ensures that all marketing efforts align with Stretch Zone's brand standards and strategy.
