What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Technology Fee is currently $375 per month. This fee is deducted from ClubReady remittances. The Technology Fee covers a listing on Stretch Zone's website, a store location e-mail address per location, use of Stretch Net (their Intranet access), Career Plug, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office 365, KnetK, Factor 4, Predictive Index, Canva, and Perkville.
This fee is payable to Stretch Zone. Franchisees are required to open a separate operating account with a bank for the Franchise Business. All Royalty Fees, Technology Fees, and other invoices due to Stretch Zone and their Affiliates, and Media Fund contributions, are paid from remittances from members that have been deposited into the operating account by ClubReady processing payments.
It is important to note that Stretch Zone can initiate payments through the ClubReady Electronic Payment System for invoices that are due to them. The franchisee must cooperate with Stretch Zone to implement the Payment System within 15 days before the Opening Date and in maintaining the efficient operation of the Payment System, including depositing all Gross Revenues received into the operating account within 1 Business Day of receipt. This ensures that Stretch Zone can collect the Technology Fee and other fees in a timely manner.
