What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Stretch Zone FDD, franchisees must pay a Grand Opening Fee of $14,950. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid within 60 days of signing the Franchise Agreement.
In exchange for this fee, Stretch Zone provides assistance with grand opening advertising for the franchisee's business. This support includes help with both a pre-grand opening plan and a three-day grand opening plan, as detailed in the Operations Manual. This assistance is provided during the three weeks before and the three weeks after the franchise location opens.
This fee is separate from the initial advertising contribution of $500 that franchisees must pay when their Stretch Zone business opens, as well as the ongoing monthly advertising contribution of 2% of monthly Gross Revenues. The Grand Opening Fee specifically covers the assistance provided by Stretch Zone during the opening phase of the business.
