L. § 680 et seq.), which describes the time period a Franchise Disclosure Document (offering prospectus) must be provided to a prospective franchisee before a sale may be made. What This Means (2025 FDD)

The 2025 Stretch Zone FDD defines a "Renewal Franchise Agreement" as the then-current form of the franchise agreement for new franchisees when a franchisee elects to renew their franchise relationship. The "Renewal Term" is defined as the term of the Renewal Franchise Agreement signed at the time of renewal.

However, the excerpt from the Stretch Zone Franchise Disclosure Document does not explicitly state the number of renewal options available to a franchisee. The document defines key terms related to renewal, such as "Renewal Franchise Agreement" and "Renewal Term," but it does not specify how many times a franchisee can renew the agreement.

Prospective franchisees should ask Stretch Zone's franchisor directly about the number of renewal options available, the typical length of a renewal term, and any conditions or requirements for renewal to fully understand the long-term potential and obligations of the franchise agreement.
