How many hours of on-the-job training are included in the Stretch Zone Franchisee Training Program?

According to the 2025 Stretch Zone Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchisee Training Program does not include any hours of on-the-job training. The Franchisee Training Program consists of several online courses via Stretch Zone University.

The courses cover topics such as the story of Stretch Zone (0.5 hours of classroom training), the science behind the stretch (1 hour of classroom training), anatomy and physiology (0.5 hours of classroom training), introduction to equipment, sequencing, and the 7-step stretch (1 hour of classroom training), warm-up (1 hour of classroom training), Red Cell (2 hours of classroom training), Blue Cell (1 hour of classroom training), Yellow Cell (1.5 hours of classroom training), Green Cell (1.5 hours of classroom training), Aqua Cell (1 hour of classroom training), Orange Cell (1.5 hours of classroom training), Pink Cell (1 hour of classroom training), Purple Cell (1.5 hours of classroom training), Black Cell (2 hours of classroom training), Gray Cell (1 hour of classroom training), White Cell (1 hour of classroom training), modifications, contraindication, and scenarios (3 hours of classroom training), protocols and stretch variation (2 hours of classroom training), hands on practice – Lower Body (9 hours of classroom training), Lower Body Practical Exam (3 hours of classroom training), Hands on Practice – Upper Body Protocols (3 hours of classroom training), and Upper Body Practical Exam (1 hour of classroom training).

In total, the Franchisee Training Program includes 40 hours of classroom training and zero hours of on-the-job training. All of the training takes place either online via Stretch Zone University or at the training facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
