What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Stretch Zone does loan copies of their advertising and marketing materials to franchisees. These materials, along with other forms and schedules, are detailed in the Operations Manual.
It is important to note that franchisees are responsible for ensuring these materials comply with all applicable federal and state laws, and Stretch Zone recommends franchisees retain their own legal counsel to review and revise these agreements and forms accordingly.
In addition to loaning advertising and marketing materials, Stretch Zone also provides promotional methods and materials that they develop to franchisees. This support extends to the grand opening phase, where Stretch Zone offers promotional support such as social media scheduling and posting, email scheduling and sending, photography, press release writing and promotion, and print assets. Franchisees are also required to spend a minimum of $2,000 per month on local advertising within their designated market area (DMA) and must submit all advertising materials for approval, unless the materials have been previously approved or provided by Stretch Zone.
