Website. We will list your Franchise on our Website. We maintain sole and exclusive rights to all content and information displayed or collected on our Website. The content and information includes company information, user demographics and profiles, pictures and graphics, testimonials, advertisements, franchise information, product and/or service information and all other information that we may designate in writing. You will not create or maintain any website other than the website we provide.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Stretch Zone will list a franchisee's business on its website, www.StretchZone.com. The FDD states that the website is for use by both Stretch Zone franchisees and the franchisor. Stretch Zone also maintains sole and exclusive rights to all content and information displayed or collected on their website.
This is a benefit to prospective franchisees because it provides a built-in marketing platform. Customers can easily find the franchisee's location and services through the corporate website. However, franchisees are prohibited from creating or maintaining any other website to promote their Stretch Zone franchise without prior written consent from Stretch Zone.
This restriction ensures brand consistency and control over the online presence of all Stretch Zone franchises. Franchisees must rely on the Stretch Zone website and approved local advertising methods to promote their business. This also means that Stretch Zone controls all content and information, including company information, user demographics, profiles, pictures, graphics, testimonials, advertisements, franchise information, and product/service information displayed on the website.
