INITIAL CONTRIBUTION TO MEDIA FUND
You will make an initial Advertising Contribution of $500 to the Media Fund.
GRAND OPENING FEE
Within 60 days after you sign the Franchise Agreement, you will pay us a Grand Opening Fee of $14,950 to provide grand opening support for your Franchise Business during, approximately, the three weeks before and the three weeks after the opening of the Franchise Business. We will assist you with the grand opening plan, as outlined in the Operations Manual, to introduce your Franchise Business to the community.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Stretch Zone Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a Grand Opening Fee of $14,950. This fee is due within 60 days of signing the Franchise Agreement.
Stretch Zone uses this fee to provide grand opening support for the new franchise location. This support is scheduled to occur during the three weeks leading up to the opening and the three weeks following the opening of the franchise.
The support provided by Stretch Zone includes assistance with the grand opening plan, promotional support, social media scheduling and posting, email scheduling and sending, photography, press release writing and promotion, print assets, grand opening assets (such as ribbon and scissors), and tools to assist in content capture, such as a tripod and Bluetooth microphone. This comprehensive support package aims to help franchisees successfully launch their Stretch Zone business within their community.
The FDD also states that this Grand Opening Fee, like other initial fees, is non-refundable under any circumstances and is uniform for all franchisees, unless otherwise specified in Item 5 of the FDD.
