What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the grand opening fee of $14,950 is due 60 days after signing the Franchise Agreement. This fee is a one-time, lump sum payment made to Stretch Zone.
Stretch Zone uses this fee to assist the franchisee with the grand opening plan, typically during the three weeks before and after the opening of the franchise. This plan, as outlined in the Operations Manual, is designed to introduce the new Stretch Zone business to the local community.
The promotional support provided by Stretch Zone includes social media scheduling and posting, email marketing, photography, press release writing and promotion, print assets, and grand opening materials like ribbons and scissors. Stretch Zone also provides tools to help capture content, such as tripods and Bluetooth microphones, to assist in marketing efforts.
