What This Means (2025 FDD)
The 2025 Stretch Zone Franchise Disclosure Document does not explicitly state that franchisees are required to present evaluation forms to customers. However, the document does mention "evaluation programs" in the context of ongoing training for franchisees and their personnel.
Section 2.14 discusses ongoing training, stating that Stretch Zone may require franchisees and their personnel to attend and complete various training courses, programs, and evaluation programs. These programs may be prerequisites for assuming specific positions within the franchise business. The FDD also states that Stretch Zone may periodically specify that personnel attend conventions or other programs for Stretch Zone businesses.
While customer evaluation forms are not directly addressed, the mention of evaluation programs suggests that Stretch Zone places importance on assessing and improving the services provided. A prospective franchisee should inquire with Stretch Zone about the specifics of these evaluation programs, including whether they involve customer feedback and how that feedback is used to improve the business.
