What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to purchase furniture, fixtures, and furnishings directly from Stretch Zone itself, as the designated supplier. This requirement is in place to ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards across all franchise locations. Stretch Zone does not handle the delivery or installation of these items, making it the franchisee's responsibility to manage these aspects.

This purchasing restriction means that franchisees cannot source these items from alternative suppliers, even if they find more competitive pricing or preferred styles. While this limits the franchisee's autonomy in selecting these items, it also ensures that the furniture, fixtures, and furnishings meet Stretch Zone's specifications and quality standards.

Stretch Zone indicates that the cost of furniture, fixtures, and furnishings can vary based on local market conditions, the size of the premises, the franchisee's selections from the approved line of items, price differences among suppliers, and the location of the premises. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider these factors and request detailed cost breakdowns from Stretch Zone to accurately estimate this portion of their initial investment. Understanding these costs is crucial for effective financial planning and ensuring the franchise location aligns with the brand's image and operational requirements.
