We may change our Designated Suppliers and/or the items you must purchase from our Designated Suppliers based on our experience.
PURCHASES FROM APPROVED SUPPLIERS
You must purchase or lease certain equipment, supplies, inventory, advertising materials, and other products and services used for the development and operation of your Franchise Business only from Authorized Suppliers. These Authorized Suppliers have demonstrated: (i) the ability to meet our standards and specifications for the specified items; and (ii) possess adequate quality controls and the capacity to supply your needs promptly and reliably. We will use our best reasonable efforts to negotiate agreements with Approved Suppliers that are in the best interest of all Franchise Businesses. In approving suppliers for the Business System, we may take into consideration factors like the price and quality of the products or services and the supplier's reliability. We may concentrate purchases with 1 or more suppliers to obtain the lowest prices and/or the best advertising support and/or services for any group of Franchised Units or Company-Owned Units. Approval of a supplier may be conditioned on requirements on the frequency of delivery, standards of service, warranty policies including prompt attention to complaints, and concentration of purchases, as stated above, and may be temporary, pending our additional evaluation of the supplier.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the list of approved suppliers is found in the Operations Manual. Franchisees must purchase certain equipment, supplies, inventory, advertising materials, and other products and services from these authorized suppliers. These suppliers have demonstrated the ability to meet Stretch Zone's standards and specifications, possess adequate quality controls, and can reliably supply the franchisee's needs.
Stretch Zone states that they will use their best efforts to negotiate agreements with approved suppliers that are in the best interest of all franchise businesses. In approving suppliers, Stretch Zone may consider factors such as price, quality, and reliability. They may also concentrate purchases with one or more suppliers to obtain the lowest prices, best advertising support, or services for franchised units. Approval of a supplier may be conditional on requirements such as delivery frequency, service standards, warranty policies, and purchase concentration.
It is important to note that Stretch Zone may change the list of approved suppliers and the items supplied based on their experience. Except for items franchisees must purchase directly from Stretch Zone, neither Stretch Zone nor its affiliates are approved suppliers. If a franchisee wants to use an alternate supplier, the criteria for approval are not available to the franchisee, but a process exists to request approval.
