- Initial On-Site Training Program: We provide the Initial On-Site Training Program during the week in which the Franchise Business opens. This training will be completed by your Sales Associates and you (if you are one or more individuals) or Franchise Owners (if you are a Business Entity). Upon completion, you will sign a Certificate of Completion, which is included in the Manual. See also the description
Execution of Confidentiality and Non-Competition Agreement. Each Trainee must sign our form of Confidentiality and Non-Competition Agreement (the form of which is included in the Operations Manual) as a condition of our approval. [Subsection 2.10(a) of the Franchise Agreement.]

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, upon completion of the Initial On-Site Training Program, franchisees are required to sign a Certificate of Completion. This certificate is included in the Stretch Zone Operations Manual.
The Initial On-Site Training Program is provided during the week the franchise business opens and is to be completed by the franchisee (if an individual) or the franchise owners (if a business entity), as well as the Sales Associates.
Stretch Zone also requires trainees to sign a Confidentiality and Non-Competition Agreement. This agreement is a condition of approval and the form is included in the Operations Manual.
