What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Stretch Zone Franchise Disclosure Document, after Stretch Zone has performed all of its pre-opening obligations and the franchisee's studio is open for business, Stretch Zone may request that the franchisee sign a certification. This certification is called the "Certificate of Performance." The document is included in the Operations Manual.

This certificate serves as confirmation that Stretch Zone has fulfilled its pre-opening responsibilities as outlined in the franchise agreement. By signing this document, the franchisee acknowledges that Stretch Zone has met its obligations, which could include providing training, site selection assistance, and other support services.

It is important for a prospective Stretch Zone franchisee to carefully review the Operations Manual and understand the specific pre-opening obligations of Stretch Zone before signing the Certificate of Performance. If the franchisee believes that Stretch Zone has not met all of its obligations, they should address these concerns before signing the certificate.
