Can Stretch Zone concentrate purchases with one or more suppliers, and if so, for what reasons?

According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Stretch Zone may concentrate purchases with one or more suppliers. This is done to potentially secure the lowest prices, obtain the best advertising support, and/or receive the best services for any group of Franchised Units or Company-Owned Units. This practice allows Stretch Zone to leverage its collective buying power.

Stretch Zone requires franchisees to purchase or lease certain equipment, supplies, inventory, advertising materials, and other products and services from Authorized Suppliers. These suppliers are chosen because they meet Stretch Zone's standards and specifications, have adequate quality controls, and can reliably supply the franchisees' needs. Stretch Zone states that it will use its best reasonable efforts to negotiate agreements with Approved Suppliers that are in the best interest of all Franchise Businesses, considering factors like price, quality, and reliability.

Approval of a supplier may depend on factors such as delivery frequency, service standards, warranty policies, and the concentration of purchases. These approvals can be temporary while Stretch Zone further evaluates the supplier. This system ensures that franchisees receive consistent quality and pricing, while also allowing Stretch Zone to maintain brand standards and potentially benefit from negotiated discounts or support.
