What computer systems are required for a new Stretch Zone franchise?

We believe that computers and management information systems play a critical part in the performance of the Business System.
We require that all new Franchise Businesses open with the Computer and POS Systems along with all communication, peripheral equipment and related accessories and Software we mandate (the "Computer and POS Systems").
You must enter into the Software Sublicense Agreement included in Exhibit K.
We currently lease the Software to you for $375 per month (i.e., the Technology Fee).
You must sublicense from us the QuickBooks Online accounting system.
You must sublicense from us the Career Plug hiring and onboarding software.
You must sublicense from us a Microsoft Office 365 Software.
You must sublicense from us KnetK Software, which is middleware software that enables marketing automation, website and data reporting and analytics, member surveys, and local website management.
You must sublicense from us Factor 4 gift card and loyalty program software.
You must sublicense from us Perkville loyalty and reward programs software.
You must sublicense from us Canva graphic design tool software.
You must sublicense from us Stretch Net software (our Intranet software).
You must sublicense from us Predictive Index behavioral assessments software.
Apple Inc. and Microsoft Corporation are the Designated Suppliers of the Computer System.
You must license from Club Ready, Inc. its proprietary ClubReady – Healthclub Management Web Based Software for check-in, ACH processing of membership fees, credit card processing, member management, and payment of royalty fees and other fees.
You must use SOCi for your social media management software.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Stretch Zone Franchise Disclosure Document, computers and management information systems are considered critical for the performance of the Stretch Zone business. Therefore, all new Stretch Zone franchise locations must open with the mandated Computer and POS Systems, along with all communication, peripheral equipment, related accessories, and software.
Specifically, franchisees are required to sublicense several software programs from Stretch Zone. These include QuickBooks Online for accounting, Career Plug for hiring and onboarding, Microsoft Office 365, KnetK Software for marketing automation and data analytics, Factor 4 for gift card and loyalty programs, Perkville for loyalty and reward programs, and Canva for graphic design. Franchisees must also sublicense Stretch Net software, which is Stretch Zone's Intranet software, and Predictive Index behavioral assessments software.
In addition to these software requirements, franchisees must license ClubReady – Healthclub Management Web Based Software from Club Ready, Inc. for check-in, ACH processing of membership fees, credit card processing, member management, and payment of royalty fees. Apple Inc. and Microsoft Corporation are the designated suppliers of the Computer System. Franchisees are also required to use SOCi for social media management. The franchisee will be required to enter into a Software Sublicense Agreement. The monthly cost to lease the software is $375, which is referred to as the Technology Fee.
