What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Termination and Release Agreement is signed by Stretch Zone Franchising, LLC as the Franchisor, the Franchisee (identified as a limited liability company), and the Guarantor. The Guarantor is guaranteeing the Franchisee's obligations under the Franchise Agreement.

The document outlines that the Franchisee's obligations under the Franchise Agreement are guaranteed by the Guarantor under the Guaranty of Franchisee's Obligations. This indicates that the Guarantor plays a crucial role in ensuring the Franchisee meets their financial and operational commitments to Stretch Zone.

Prospective franchisees should carefully review the Franchise Termination and Release Agreement to understand the obligations of all parties involved, especially the Guarantor. Understanding the role and responsibilities of the Guarantor is essential for assessing the overall risk and commitment associated with the Stretch Zone franchise.
