What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the store email address provided to franchisees is restricted to specific individuals. Only Franchise Owners, the Designated Representative, and the Regional Manager are authorized to use the store email address.

Stretch Zone has established standards for these email accounts and their usage, which may be revised periodically. Franchisees are expected to upgrade their systems as these standards change. The franchisor will send important information to the franchisee's Stretch Zone email address and requires franchisees to check their email daily (except Sundays) to stay informed about developments affecting the Business System and their franchise.

Furthermore, franchisees must respond to any email requests from Stretch Zone that require a response within 24 hours of receipt and must acknowledge receipt of the emails. This ensures that Stretch Zone can communicate effectively with its franchisees and maintain consistent standards across the franchise network.
