What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Stretch Zone Franchise Disclosure Document, Stretch Zone provides assistance with grand opening advertising. Specifically, for approximately three weeks before and three weeks after the opening of a franchisee's Stretch Zone location, Stretch Zone will assist in conducting grand opening advertising. This includes helping the franchisee with both their pre-grand opening plan and their three-day grand opening plan, with details available in the Operations Manual.

In exchange for this grand opening advertising assistance, the franchisee is required to pay Stretch Zone a Grand Opening Fee. The specific amount of this fee is not detailed in this section, but it is a mandatory payment for the support provided during the critical launch phase of the business.

This type of grand opening support is fairly common in franchising, as the initial launch period is crucial for establishing brand awareness and attracting customers. Franchisees should carefully review the Operations Manual and discuss the specifics of the Grand Opening Fee and the extent of advertising support with Stretch Zone to fully understand the costs and benefits involved.
