Under what conditions can Spray Net require a franchisee to utilize its Sales Center?
Spray_Net Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
We may, in our sole discretion, change your payment schedule with respect to the Royalty Fee and any other amounts due to us or our affiliates under your Franchise Agreement (i.e., modifying monthly payment to weekly), or require you to use any other method of payment, upon thirty (30) days written notice to you. Currently, all fees are collected via GoCardless, and you must take all necessary steps to authorize us and GoCardlessto automatically collect fees from you. We may integrate a payment processing feature into our Business Management Software in the future. If we do, you will be required to use that for payment processing, and you will be responsible for all monthly terminal fees and payment processing fees.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Spray Net Franchise Disclosure Document, there is no mention of Spray Net requiring a franchisee to utilize a Sales Center. The document does outline various fees and payment methods that Spray Net can mandate.
Specifically, Spray Net can change a franchisee's payment schedule for Royalty Fees or any other amounts owed to them or their affiliates with thirty days' written notice. They can also require franchisees to use a specific payment method. Currently, fees are collected via GoCardless, and franchisees must authorize Spray Net and GoCardless to automatically collect fees.
Additionally, Spray Net may integrate a payment processing feature into their Business Management Software in the future. If this occurs, franchisees would be required to use that payment processing system and would be responsible for all monthly terminal fees and payment processing fees. However, the FDD does not specify any conditions under which Spray Net would require franchisees to use a Sales Center.
