You will pay us our then-current monthly Production Fee for our administration of digital marketing for your Franchised Business. You will pay us the Production Fee on the first of each month. We may increase or decrease the Production Fee upon thirty (30) days' notice as our costs for the related services increase or decrease subject to the following maximum amounts:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Production Fee is subject to change. Spray Net may adjust the Production Fee, increasing or decreasing it, based on changes in their costs for the related digital marketing services.
Spray Net must provide franchisees with thirty (30) days' notice before any change to the Production Fee goes into effect. This advance notice allows franchisees to prepare for the adjustment in their monthly expenses.
The FDD mentions that these adjustments are subject to maximum amounts, but it does not specify what those maximum amounts are. A prospective franchisee should clarify these maximum amounts with Spray Net.
