Under what conditions can Spray Net grant an extension to the opening deadline?
Spray_Net Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
If you are purchasing a new Franchised Business, we estimate that the typical length of time between the signing of the Franchise Agreement and the opening your Franchised Business is approximately 90 days. Unless we grant you an extension of time in writing, which may be granted or denied in our sole discretion, you must have your Franchised Business open and in operation no later than 120 days after you sign the Franchise Agreement. Some factors that may affect this timing are your ability to secure any necessary financing, the timing of the delivery of equipment and supplies, the availability and scheduling the initial training program, the timing of your initial and grand opening marketing, the timing and available of staff for your on-site training.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the typical timeframe between signing the Franchise Agreement and opening a Spray Net franchise is about 90 days. Franchisees are generally required to have their business open and operating within 120 days of signing the agreement. However, Spray Net may grant an extension to this deadline.
The decision to grant an extension is at Spray Net's sole discretion and must be provided in writing. This means Spray Net is not obligated to approve any extension request, and the franchisee should not assume an extension will be granted.
Several factors can influence the timeline for opening a Spray Net franchise. These include securing necessary financing, the timing of equipment and supply deliveries, the scheduling of the initial training program, and the timing of initial and grand opening marketing, and the availability of staff for on-site training. Prospective franchisees should discuss these potential delays with Spray Net to understand the likelihood of needing an extension and the process for requesting one.
