We may re-inspect and/or revoke our approval of a supplier or item at any time and for any reason to protect the best interests and goodwill of our System and Proprietary Marks. The revocation of a previously approved product or alternative supplier is effective immediately when you receive written notice from us of revocation and, following receipt of our notice, you may not place any new orders for the revoked product, or with the revoked supplier.

According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Spray Net has the authority to re-inspect and/or revoke approval of a supplier or item at any time and for any reason. This broad discretion is intended to protect the best interests and goodwill of the Spray Net system and its proprietary marks.
If Spray Net revokes approval of a previously approved product or supplier, the revocation takes effect immediately upon the franchisee receiving written notice from Spray Net. Following this notification, the franchisee is prohibited from placing any new orders for the revoked product or with the revoked supplier.
This policy highlights the importance of franchisees maintaining open communication with Spray Net regarding suppliers and products. While franchisees may propose alternative suppliers or products, Spray Net retains ultimate control over supplier and product approvals to ensure consistency and quality within the franchise system. This also means that Spray Net franchisees must be prepared to adapt quickly to changes in approved suppliers or products, even if it means disrupting existing supply chains or incurring additional costs.
