What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee may have to reimburse Spray Net for attorneys' fees and other costs in specific situations. These reimbursements are not a fixed fee but will vary depending on the circumstances.
Specifically, a Spray Net franchisee must reimburse Spray Net for legal costs if claims or damages arise from (a) the franchisee's breach or misrepresentation of the Franchise Agreement, (b) the management or operation of the franchised business, and/or (c) other specific actions or omissions by the franchisee or their representatives as detailed in the Franchise Agreement.
Additionally, a franchisee is responsible for covering Spray Net's attorneys' fees and other costs if Spray Net has to take legal action to enforce the Franchise Agreement, or if Spray Net is required to initiate or defend against litigation related to the Franchise Agreement, provided that Spray Net prevails in the legal action.
