What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are specific pre-conditions that a franchisee must meet before being approved to attend the Initial Training Program at the company headquarters. These conditions ensure that the franchisee is prepared financially and administratively to begin operations.
First, the franchisee must pay the Initial Training Fee and submit the Initial Marketing Investment, which ranges from $20,000 to $40,000, as detailed in Section 9 of the agreement. This financial commitment demonstrates the franchisee's readiness to invest in the business and its marketing efforts. Second, the franchisee needs to take all necessary steps to establish the Payment Account, as described in Section 4(B) of the agreement. This includes providing Spray Net with all required authorizations and approvals to access the account, ensuring smooth financial transactions.
Additionally, the franchisee must demonstrate that they have obtained all the required insurance coverages as mandated by the Franchise Agreement and the Manuals. This protects both the franchisee and Spray Net from potential liabilities. Finally, the franchisee must provide Spray Net with completed copies of all agreements and contracts attached as exhibits to the Franchise Agreement, signed by the franchisee and any relevant third parties. This ensures that all legal and contractual obligations are in place before training commences.
Meeting these pre-conditions is essential for franchisees to gain access to the in-person training components at Spray Net's headquarters. This structured approach helps ensure that franchisees are fully prepared to start and manage their Spray Net business effectively.
