What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are specific pre-conditions that a franchisee must meet before attending the Initial Training Program at the company headquarters or a designated training facility. These pre-conditions include paying the Initial Training Fee and submitting the Initial Marketing Investment, which ranges from $20,000 to $40,000, as detailed in Section 9 of the Franchise Agreement.
Additionally, the franchisee must take all necessary steps to establish the Payment Account as described in Section 4(B) of the agreement. This includes providing Spray Net or its designee with all required authorizations and approvals to access the Payment Account. The franchisee must also demonstrate that they have obtained all the required insurance coverages as mandated by the Franchise Agreement and the Manuals.
Finally, the franchisee must provide Spray Net with completed copies of all agreements and contracts attached as exhibits to the Franchise Agreement. These documents must be signed by the franchisee and/or any relevant third parties and be up-to-date as of the training date. Meeting these pre-conditions is essential for the franchisee or their designated trainees to be approved to attend the Initial Training Program at Spray Net's headquarters or other designated training facilities.
