At Franchisor's request, which shall not be more often than once every five (5) years, Franchisee shall refurbish and upgrade the Approved Vehicles, any equipment thereon, and other components of the Franchised Business at its expense, to conform to the building design, trade dress, color schemes, and presentation of Proprietary Marks consistent with Franchisor's then-current standards and conditions for the System, including without limitation, redecoration, remodeling, and modifications to existing improvements, but specifically excluding vehicle wraps, lettering, and/or trade dress for those vehicles used in the operation of the Franchised business that may be updated more frequently (collectively, the "Vehicle Updates").

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is generally required to complete Vehicle Updates within twelve months of receiving the franchisor's request. However, there is an exception: franchisees must complete any Vehicle Updates within four months of the franchisor's request.
This means that if Spray Net requests a franchisee to refurbish or upgrade their Approved Vehicles, the franchisee has a maximum of one year to complete the changes. However, updates to vehicle wraps, lettering, and trade dress must be completed within four months of the request. These updates are at the franchisee's expense.
This requirement ensures that all Spray Net franchises maintain a consistent brand image and meet the franchisor's standards. It is important for prospective franchisees to consider these potential costs and timeframes when evaluating the Spray Net franchise opportunity.
