What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are no separate charges for advice and consultation regarding the continuing operation and management of your Spray Net franchise. Spray Net states that they will provide advice and consultation as they believe is necessary regarding the continuing operation and management of your franchised business.
Spray Net also makes available information regarding any new product, service, or suppliers or any updated methods of doing business without separate charges. However, if you require additional assistance via telephone or email outside of what Spray Net deems necessary, you will be responsible for any applicable charges for such additional assistance and/or resources.
This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, where franchisors typically offer ongoing support as part of the franchise agreement. However, it's important for prospective franchisees to understand the scope of this support and what might incur additional costs. Franchisees should clarify with Spray Net what constitutes 'necessary' advice and consultation and what situations might lead to additional charges.
