What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are generally no separate charges for advice and consultation regarding the operation and management of the franchised business. Spray Net indicates that they will provide advice and consultation as they deem necessary. Similarly, there are no separate charges for information regarding new products, services, suppliers, or updated business methods.

However, Spray Net does note an exception: franchisees are responsible for any applicable charges for additional assistance and/or resources if they contact a representative via telephone or email outside of normal business hours to discuss their Franchised Business and marketing strategy or advice for their Franchised Business.

Spray Net also offers additional services that may involve separate charges, such as call center and sales center services, which may be provided by Spray Net, an affiliate, or a third party. It is important for prospective franchisees to clarify what constitutes 'normal business hours' and what the potential costs are for additional support to fully understand the financial implications.
