What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, during the term of the franchise agreement, franchisees, their principals, guarantors, owners, designated managers, and their immediate family members are subject to certain non-competition covenants. These covenants restrict their involvement with competing businesses.
Specifically, these individuals are prohibited from owning, operating, or otherwise being involved with any Competing Business as defined in the Franchise Agreement. They are also barred from employing or attempting to employ any employees of Spray Net, its affiliates, or any other Spray Net franchisee. Furthermore, they cannot induce such persons to leave their employment.
Additionally, franchisees and related parties are prohibited from diverting or attempting to divert any prospective customer to a Competing Business. These restrictions are in place to protect Spray Net's market share, proprietary information, and franchisee network during the term of the agreement.
