What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to pay software fees for using the Spray-Network. These fees are divided into recurring monthly fixed fees, as detailed in the franchise agreement, and a weekly tech fee royalty. The weekly tech fee royalty is calculated as 0.0025 of the total job value produced in the previous week.
Spray Net retains the right to modify the frequency and amount of these software fees and tech royalty invoices. Additionally, franchisees may incur extra software fees for major upgrades or the integration of third-party applications into the Spray-Network.
This means that, as a Spray Net franchisee, you will have ongoing technology costs comprising a fixed monthly fee and a variable weekly fee tied to your sales volume. You should budget for potential increases in these fees and factor in the possibility of additional charges for significant software upgrades or integrations. It is important to review the franchise agreement carefully to understand the specifics of these fees and how they may change over time.
