Currently, all fees are collected via GoCardless, and you must take all necessary steps to authorize us and GoCardlessto automatically collect fees from you. We may integrate a payment processing feature into our Business Management Software in the future. If we do, you will be required to use that for payment processing, and you will be responsible for all monthly terminal fees and payment processing fees.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must take specific actions to authorize fee collection. Currently, Spray Net collects all fees via GoCardless. To comply, a new franchisee must execute certain forms or take necessary steps to authorize Spray Net and GoCardless to automatically collect fees.
Spray Net retains the right to modify the payment schedule, potentially changing monthly payments to weekly, or to require the use of a different payment method altogether. Spray Net will provide a 30-day written notice before implementing such changes.
Additionally, Spray Net may integrate a payment processing feature into its Business Management Software in the future. Should this occur, franchisees would be obligated to use this integrated system and would be responsible for any associated monthly terminal and payment processing fees.
