What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, an 'SN Specialist Notice' is a written acknowledgement provided by Spray Net to the franchisee, its designated manager, or other individual personnel after they complete the necessary components of the Initial Training Program to become an authorized provider of specific Approved Services and Approved Products. These services include those involving Proprietary Products.
The SN Specialist Notice confirms and details the specific Approved Services that the specialist is authorized to provide to customers of the Spray Net franchised business. The franchisee must ensure that all Approved Services and Approved Products are provided by an SN Specialist who has received the SN Specialist Notice detailing the relevant services and products they are qualified to offer.
This requirement ensures that only trained and authorized personnel provide specific services and products, maintaining quality control and adherence to Spray Net's system standards. It also protects the brand's reputation by ensuring that services involving proprietary products are delivered by individuals with the appropriate training. For a prospective franchisee, this means that they and their staff will need to undergo specific training and receive formal acknowledgement before offering certain Spray Net services.
