Please note that any individual that you intend or expect to provide any of the Approved Services and Approved Products (each, a "SN Specialist") involving any of our trade secrets, patented intellectual property and/or other proprietary/confidential information (collectively, the "Confidential Information") must first (i) attend and complete the relevant components of our initial training program that we designate as necessary to provide the services or products at issue, (ii) provide you with a signed copy of confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement (prior to attending such training), and (iii) receive a written notice from us acknowledging successful completion of the training and detailing the specific Approved Services and/or Approved Products the individual is able to provide.

According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a 'SN Specialist' is any individual that a franchisee intends to have provide the Approved Services and Approved Products for the Spray Net franchise. These services and products must involve Spray Net's trade secrets, patented intellectual property, and/or other proprietary/confidential information.
Before a SN Specialist can provide these services, they must first attend and complete the relevant components of Spray Net's initial training program. Spray Net designates which components are necessary for the specialist to provide specific services or products. The individual must also provide the franchisee with a signed copy of a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement before attending the training.
Finally, the SN Specialist must receive written notice from Spray Net acknowledging successful completion of the training. This notice will detail the specific Approved Services and/or Approved Products that the individual is qualified to provide. This ensures that all individuals working under the Spray Net brand are properly trained and bound by confidentiality agreements to protect the company's intellectual property.
