What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Spray Net Franchise Disclosure Document excerpts, the specific section of the Franchise Agreement that details the warranty and customer service requirements for franchisees is not explicitly mentioned. However, Item 23, subsection K, touches on a related topic, outlining the reimbursement responsibilities for touch-up work provided by Spray Net, its affiliates, or other franchisees after the termination or expiration of the agreement. This indicates that there are some post-service obligations defined within the agreement.
While the excerpts do not directly address warranty and customer service requirements, the reference to touch-up work suggests that the Franchise Agreement does contain provisions related to service quality and customer satisfaction. It implies that Spray Net has a system in place to address customer concerns even after a franchise agreement ends.
To fully understand the warranty and customer service obligations, a prospective Spray Net franchisee should carefully review the complete Franchise Agreement and specifically seek out sections detailing service standards, warranty policies, and procedures for handling customer complaints. It would be prudent to ask the franchisor directly for clarification on these points to ensure a clear understanding of these responsibilities.
