What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all fees due under the Franchise Agreement are collected through a method determined by Spray Net, and currently, all fees are collected via GoCardless. As a prospective franchisee, you must execute specific forms or take certain steps to authorize Spray Net to collect all fees by whatever method they determine.

Spray Net may integrate a payment processing feature into their Business Management Software in the future. If this occurs, franchisees will be required to use that for payment processing and will be responsible for all monthly terminal fees and payment processing fees.

Spray Net also retains the right to change the payment schedule for Royalty Fees and any other amounts due, potentially modifying monthly payments to weekly. They can also require franchisees to use any other method of payment, provided they give thirty days written notice. This gives Spray Net flexibility in how they collect fees and requires franchisees to be adaptable to potential changes in payment methods.
