What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Spray Net retains the right to independently and remotely access and view a franchisee's computer system. This access can be performed at any time and without prior notice to the franchisee.

This access allows Spray Net to ensure that the franchisee is adhering to the terms and conditions outlined in the franchise agreement. Specifically, franchisees are required to record all transactions on a computer system that is either designated or approved by Spray Net. The required software must be capable of recording accumulated sales data without the ability to reset or erase the recorded information.

Furthermore, Spray Net also requires administrative rights to the franchisee's accounting software, such as QuickBooks. Franchisees must also supply Spray Net with a list of all computer and file passwords associated with the computer system, including any modifications or changes to that list. These passwords and all computer files and records related to the franchised business are considered the exclusive property of Spray Net and must be provided upon termination or expiration of the franchise agreement.
