What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must meet several requirements to renew their franchise agreement. To renew their franchise relationship with Spray Net, a franchisee must not have any uncured material defaults under the Franchise Agreement or any other agreement with Spray Net, including any monetary defaults.
Additionally, the franchisee must execute Spray Net's then-current franchise agreement, which may contain materially different terms and conditions than the original agreement. A renewal fee of $10,000 is also required. The franchisee must complete Spray Net's then-current refresher training course and execute a general release.
Furthermore, the franchisee must have participated in and supported the operational procedures recommended or provided by Spray Net. Lastly, the franchisee needs to re-image, renovate, refurbish, and modernize the Approved Vehicles and Franchised Business to meet current standards.
