What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees and their personnel who will provide services to initial customers must attend and successfully complete the Initial Training Program, or the portions that Spray Net approves, before opening the Franchised Business. This ensures that franchisees are adequately prepared to deliver Spray Net's services and meet the brand's standards from the outset.
Spray Net also requires franchisees to complete certain training pre-conditions before attending the in-person components of the Initial Training Program at Spray Net's headquarters or a designated training facility. These pre-conditions include paying the Initial Training Fee, making an Initial Marketing Investment between $20,000 and $40,000, establishing a Payment Account, obtaining required insurance coverages, and providing completed copies of all required agreements and contracts.
Franchisees must also ensure that any individual providing Approved Services and Approved Products involving Spray Net's Confidential Information first attends and completes the relevant components of the initial training program. These individuals must also provide a signed copy of a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement before training and receive written notice from Spray Net acknowledging successful completion of the training, detailing the specific Approved Services and/or Approved Products the individual is able to provide. This multi-layered approach to training and compliance helps protect Spray Net's proprietary information and maintain service quality across all franchise locations.
