According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you are an individual franchisee, you must attend and successfully complete the Initial Training Program. If the franchisee is not an individual, then the Designated Manager must attend and successfully complete the Initial Training Program. In either case, up to one additional person may also attend the training program.

The initial training program is mandatory and must be completed to Spray Net's satisfaction before commencing operations. Failure to complete the training satisfactorily may result in the termination of the franchise agreement. In such a case, Spray Net may return a portion of the Initial Franchise Fee in exchange for a release and confidentiality agreement.

The initial training program consists of an online portion via E-Learning Network, typically lasting 3-5 days, and an in-person portion that typically lasts up to 5 business days of classroom instruction. Additionally, Spray Net provides up to three business days of sales training and five business days of production training in the franchisee's Designated Territory. The instruction materials include the Operations Manual, PowerPoint slides, and online course materials.
